Connective Care Education Ltd was established in 2009 with the aim of providing quality Mandatory and Clinical Education programmes for the Health and Social Care Sector in South Wales. Since this time we have developed a solid reputation for insightful and enjoyable training, as a result of which we have grown into a genuine “one-stop training shop” for any type of health-care provider.
We have public sector and private sector customers throughout England and Wales, and our team is made up of experienced nurses and health care professionals who provide bespoke training for any type of care service.

Like any business, we have to make a profit…..but we are also truly passionate about ensuring that trainees gain genuine knowledge and skills which are transferable to their everyday roles. No Connective course can be considered “off the shelf.” We make it a point of policy that no classroom trainer teaches any topic unless they have worked in the relevant sector of care and support, and our online courses contain downloadable activities which encourage candidates to apply taught materials to their own area of work.

A leading cause of staff turnover in the care sector is burnout, which can be caused by your team being faced with clinical, emotional and behavioural difficulties which they find stressful. A central aim of all our courses is to impart knowledge about clinical conditions, in order to promote understanding of areas such as emotional distress. We also take the approach that your staff already have considerable knowledge through knowing people as individuals, and our role is to encourage full person-centredness through giving information that enhances these therapeutic relationships.
